Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your box to us within 14 days. Simply drop us an email at email@example.com let us know the reason you wish to make a return and we will provide you with a Returns Address. For defective or damaged products, please contact us via our email along with a photo of the product / content.
Please note: you are responsible for all return cost. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method and keep hold of the proof of receipt postage in the event we do not receive your box. Upon receiving your box, we do inspect the conditions of the contents/products in the box. All return items must be in their original package, sealed and intact. We will notify you when your refund has been processed been issued, please allow 14 days from the receipt of your box to process.
After this period, (14days) unfortunately we will not be able to accept your box for a refund, however, we may be able to offer you an exchange (this may not always be the case). The following items can not be exchanged or returned: Clothing (socks), Consumable goods i.e. food, drinks, Beauty and Skin Care products, Jewellery i.e. earrings.
